Check Out

           On the last day of the tenancy, we can meet the vacating tenants at the property to collect the keys, if the tenant is present and report on the condition of the property compared to when the tenancy commenced.

           After the property has been handed over to us, we work our way through the property, detailing its condition in comparison to the inventory and check in report when they moved in. We will take a new set of pictures of defects or issues plus overview pictures of each room/area; to compile a check out report. Meter readings are taken and recorded. Major issues are reported immediately.

            The Check-Out Report will be sent to the Agent/Landlord within 48 hours via email.
