Cleaning

Before we start with the inventory report the property should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help us to spot any issues easier and the report to be accurate. First impression counts, so think about how the tennants will feel when they walk in a nice clean house.

All decorations, which you are planning should be completed prior we complie the report. It is difficult to complete a report with building materials scattered on the floor.

All furniture and any other items, which will be included in the tenancy have to be present at the day of the report. Any furniture should meet the current fire safety regulations.

On the day of the report make sure, that you have the keys for the property. If you want us to hand keys to the tennat, prepare the set in advance. Please let us know, if the utility meters are in an unusal place.
